William Feldstein – B.Sc., M.B.A., C.B.P.

Bill Feldstein is a seasoned business consultant veteran, having served clients throughout western Canada since 1986. His list of clients includes companies, institutions and individuals.

Bill’s specialization is in the area of business planning, and in fact, is one of Alberta’s most prolific business planners. He has prepared more than 400 business plans for clients, spanning all manner of business activity throughout North America.

But, in order to carry out his work effectively, he often is also required to provide a range of other management services, from strategic marketing to human resource planning. He has submitted major financing proposals to private lending groups, financial institutions and government agencies, prepared independent feasibility reports, and he has completed various economic analyses for business groups, health/drug regulators and financial institutions.

At the core of his work are Bill’s deep convictions on two fronts. First, he recognizes that proper planning is essential for the ultimate success of any business activity. (As is often said, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”) Second, but likely not said often enough, is the concept that one must communicate one’s business planning to others in a clear and effective manner. (In other words, “Just because you’ve got a better widget than anyone else, if no one else knows that fact, then you will have difficulty convincing a banker or investor to give you money.”)
